We invite you to join the big family of AEROMEXICO as DISTRICT SALES MANAGER JAPAN. If you meet the requirements mentioned, this opportunity is yours, because we are looking to have the best talent.
As part of the Regional Market Development/Management Team, the DISTRICT SALES MANAGER is responsible to execute the commercial strategies, ensuring compliance with the goals established for agencies, franchises and accounts that make up the portfolio of the region to promote revenue optimization in the assigned geographical region.
<Main Responsibilities>
・Ensure that the agencies, franchises and assigned accounts receive and understand the information on promotions, characteristics of Aeromexico products and services.
・Follow up every two weeks and monthly to the sales goals established for the agencies, carrying out an analysis with the heads of said agencies in order to detect possible courses of action.
・Maintain communication with authorities related to the tourism sector, air transport, Chambers and Organizations that have a presence in the region in order to promote the company’s image and detect business opportunities.
・Prospect potential clients through the analysis of information disseminated in local media (new companies, events, etc.)
・Participate in the various events held by authorities or organizations linked to the tourism sector to promote Grupo AeroMexico products and services.
・Propose sales strategies (discount rates, agreements, etc.) and marketing (advertising or public relations actions) in order to meet or exceed sales targets.
<Requirements>
・4+ years of Experience in Sales
・Airline Industry /Travel Sales experience will be a plus.
・Familiarity with Net Fares, fare basis, rules and contracts.
・Excellent oral and written communication skills English
・The position requires travel within assigned territory and air travel
・Computer skills proficiency. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word.
